BEHG Update: EEX startet Zulassungsprozess für Zertifikate Verkäufe in nationalen Emissionshandel (nEHS, BEHG)

The European Energy Exchange (EEX) starts the admission process for sales in the national emissions trading scheme (nEHS)

Blow by blow: now EEX announces the official link for the registration portal, where companies can register for sales from 09.08.2021, thus starting the admission process in the national emissions trading system (nEHS).

Actors who wish to participate directly in the sales can apply for admission through the appropriate link from 09/08/2021,.

The same applies accordingly to intermediaries who purchase certificates on behalf of third parties. According to EEX, the first sale of certificates will take place in October.
