Article 3 EU Adaptation Regulation, <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/DE\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R1842\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019\/1842<\/a>). As the allocation procedure for existing installations in the 4th trading period in the allocation period 2021-2025 is currently still being prepared intensively at European and national level, it is not possible for the  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dehst.de\/Zuteilungsdatenbericht\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Allocation data reports<\/a> 2019 and 2020 exceptionally and if required at the latest by the  <strong>30 June 2021<\/strong> without any negative consequences for the plant operators.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dehst.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DEHSt<\/a> will start checking the allocation data reports after this date.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>The FMS for the preparation of allocation data reports is online<\/h3>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formulare.dehst.de\/zdb2025\/authenticate.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The <strong>FMS application<\/strong> for creating the allocation data report (ZDB)<\/a> is available on the DEHSt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.formulare.dehst.de\/stationaer.html\">website<\/a>.
