A compliance account is the account that the companies responsible for SESTA <strong>must<\/strong> open in respect of the nEHS.<\/p>\n<p>It remains to be seen when exactly the opening date will SESTA<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparation and monitoring of the verification of the emissions report  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/behg\/__7.html\">according to \u00a7 7 Abs. 3 SESTA<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Submission of the verified emissions report to the competent authority (DEHSt) by 31.07 of the following year  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/behg\/__7.html\">according to \u00a77 Abs. 1 SESTA<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Verification to avoid double charging  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/behg\/__7.html\">according to \u00a77 Abs. 5 SESTA<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Support in the establishment of accounts and account representatives in the national emissions trading registry pursuant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/behg\/__12.html\">to section 12 para. 2<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/behg\/__9.html\">SESTA for the administration of emission allowances pursuant to section 9 para. 1<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Support in the management of their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/behg\/__12.html\">register account<\/a> e.g. as one of the authorized account holders<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Verification of transfers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>timely retransfers of emission allowances by 30.09 for the previous year <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/behg\/__8.html\">pursuant to \u00a7 8 SESTA<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Data updates of information in the register<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Representation of historical account movements and balances on the basis of account statements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support in the purchase and sale of emission certificates<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Support with requests for information and assistance with
